The lady who keeps feeding the feral cats. These cats are everywhere. They're breeding. It's kitten season and I've already seen a few small tiny heads about. I hate these cats. Stop feeding them. Stop swamping the street in animal killing, disease spreading ferals. :(

That's sad for the kittens too. :(

I'm keeping an eye out for them if they pop up on my property. Hopefully some are young enough to be adoptable :/

Trap neuter release! Some vets will neuter ferals for a discount price. It's better because then you can feed them, in fact, it's great to have strong neutered cats "owning" a territory because they'll keep the cat population down. It's the best way to help these cats.

I'll have to see if that's happening nearby. I think the next council over does it and I'm on the border between the two.

Seem to be hovering around 8 adults right now. Haven't seen a couple in a fortnight but I expect they're around.

Trap neuter release is a great way to curb the problem. My best friend just moved into a house where there were six males and two pregnant females. She's a vet, so she was able to trap both mom cats (and kittens after they were old enough) and five of the boys. The fighting and procreating is now stopped, and now the males are very territorial about her yard.
