CGI would be expensive for that.

But they could do what a lot of shows do and just have them shot at very precise angles and sometimes having THINGS blocking the entire view of them. It's worked before.

I would rather preg stories happen when that is exactly what a writer is aiming for and wants, not because it's convenient.
