I just wish they'd be a little more creative.

Surrogates are a thing, after all. And so much better than: Hey, that character is getting fat (looking at you Fraiser).

Though, I kind of like when they hide the pregnancy using flowers or coats or purses or whatever ridiculous thing they hide it behind. In one soap, they kidnapped three characters whose actresses were all pregnant to a spa or something and put them in big robes.
