my tummy hasn't been right since that horrible wine I had Sunday night. I really don't want to get sick, or have it turn into something that needs a hospital intervention. So many folks at work have gone to the hospital for sudden afflictions lately, and some haven't been better for it. I'm trying really hard not to eat anything too spicy, acidic, or rich, and I'm reaching for more veggies and fruits, though a lot of produce lately is of poor quality. I just want to feel better or at least not have to worry that my own body will turn on me over a shitty glass of wine.

BRAT diet is good for occasions like this:

Well, I tried something like this all week. Oddly, the bananas and yogurt didn't help yesterday. Even more oddly, eating Taco Bell didn't leave me nauseated. I think I just need to pace myself and see what happens.
