But what if they're a kid? Chances are their fave games will be recent releases, like how most of my fave games are from the 90's because that's when I grew up.

(never mind that I don't think it matters how recent a person fave game is anyway...).

Clearly, if they're a kid, they should have solved that issue by being born earlier. Then OP wouldn't have to judge them.
