They didn't say straight only, they said straight people who don't care about LGBT rights. There are Christians, then Christians who hate gays. Not nearly the same group.

All right, I'll be more precise: compared to the overall human population ratio of straight/not straight, a higher number of slash fans are not straight.

Do you have any info to back this up? Because most slash fans and writers I know are straight. So...if it is just because you know some non-straight ones, that is just my info vs your info.
