All right, I'll be more precise: compared to the overall human population ratio of straight/not straight, a higher number of slash fans are not straight.

Do you have any info to back this up? Because most slash fans and writers I know are straight. So...if it is just because you know some non-straight ones, that is just my info vs your info.

I'd be interested in data too, because a great deal of the fic/original writers I know are NOT straight.
