In porn:
The ridiculous platform shoes on women, while they are otherwise naked. Extra hate, if they do the duckface pout.

Ass-to-mouth or ass-to-facial. Ick.

In fandom:
The current trend in Transformers porn to put a humanoid dick and vagina on every robot. I have never hated anything in this fandom this much, and that includes the Bay movies.
