Genevive Aristide (FEAR 2), Sephiroth (FFVII), Makarov (COD MW2,3), Rorke (COD:Ghosts), Scar (TLK), Two Face/Harvey Dent (BtAS), Janitor (Scrubs).

And more, probably. I tend to like antagonists more than protagonists.

I never really understood the idea that if someone likes antagonists, they must prefer them to protagonists, or that only people who dislike protagonists can like antagonists.

In more than a few of my favorite shows/books/movies/comics, my top two favorite characters are a protag and an antag.

IDK I always see people saying this like it's a fact that people who like a number of specific antagonists are also people who "prefer" antagonists as a general rule and it always made me scratch my head.

I have never seen this sentiment? I just happen to generally prefer antagonists because they usually tend to have backstories that are more interesting to me than protagonist backstories.
