Yawn. I'm a lesbian, most every slasher I've known is at least bi. Honestly in every fandom I've been in, straight people are the minority in slash/femslash fandoms.

The stats prove this, as you can see in the Fanlore piece posted upthread. Fandom is full of LGBT people, you're just unable to see this through your own misogyny.

P.S. Kiri is super misogynistic, too. She wrote a whole article about being horrified that her friend wrote Bruce/Loki slash once. There was a huge backlash about it.

Yeah, exactly. I'm also a lesbian, and, honestly, I'm friends with a lot of gay, bi, and straight people in fandom, and I only have one straight female friend who is super into m/m slash.

Typically, all my straight female friends prefer het even if they might ship one m/m ship every now and then, and my female friends who like m/m slash are usually bi or gay.
