Oh, I'm glad I came back and saw this! I always like it when people reply to one of my comments and share a similar viewpoint or experience.

The relationship dynamic is everything to me.

Yeah, exactly. I actually thought it was really weird when I first started hanging out at FS, how people here will ask for fics recs without caring what fandom and pairing the recs are for. That's just so far outside of what fanfic is about for me, and until then I didn't really even know there were people who had this completely different way of enjoying fanfic.

I'm used to it now and I get that it's just another way of doing fandom, but yeah, at first it seemed really strange to me.
