I've never been passed over for any position I interviewed for.

Most of the time, you can pretty much prepare for any interview by looking up information on the institution to which you are applying. Come with a list of your own questions. Make sure you know exactly what the position you're applying for entails.

Doing the homework will go a long way toward being prepared, and never be afraid to sound too confident in your past experience. You can always afford to admit you have things to learn about any new job, but never admit to weakness in your past experiences.
