Is there actually a cartoon interracial couple anywhere?

Danny/Valerie

Wasn't endgame but it was a thing.

Oh, how I wish it had been. :/ I loved their alter-ego relationship.

King of the Hill, Bobby and Connie, was the first to come to mind. Oh and Ginger and Darren on As Told By Ginger. I'm sure there are others.

Pocahontas and Hunchback of Notre Dame. Possibly Atlantis and Princess and the Frog since Tiana is African American and Naveen is Ambiguously Brown Fictional Ethnicity.

Batman Beyond had at least both Terry/Dana and Barbara Gordon/Sam Young. In Gargoyles Elisa Maza has Native American and African American parents. Static Shock had several.

The Secret Saturdays...

There's a bunch.

This is funny because some friends and I were talking about this last night - trying to figure out which Disney movies had interracial relationships. We came up with the same four as you (including the debate about what Naveen's race is) but noted that none of these movies have a woman of color/white guy pairing (unless you count PatF, since at least one person in our group thought he was white, but I'm pretty sure he's not. I haven't actually seen that movie myself).
