LMAO, OP. I was *just* thinking about how awful this franchise is. And not even so much that it's unbelievable, but because of how messed up it really is.

I never watched the third (because, really?), but even in the first, the Wet/Sticky Bandits did not deserve half the violent things Kevin did to them. They may have been thieves, but these movies just enforce the painfully stupid idea that it's okay for horrifying things to happen to bad guys just because they're bad guys, no matter how big or how small their crimes. And it's perfectly okay for the "good guy" to deal out the violent treatment because he's the good guy. *gag*

Considering my trust for Square Enix to do Cloud Strife justice (or any Final Fantasy 7 character) is in the negatives, I definitely trust Nintendo more. Maybe Nintendo will make Cloud less angsty.

Regarding POC- to be fair, most of the POCs are more like people of other species... but yeah, at least we got some POC humans in S2 and S3. And even to some degree in S5.

I should be lucky enough to have your kind of bad taste. I have the devil's own time trying to find movies to watch because I'm too picky about it.
