Looking for Buffy recs

I just rewatched parts of the series and am looking for vid and fic recs. In return, I offer some recs of my own at the end.

Anything goes for vids, but for fic recs I would prefer any of these:

- outsider POV fic
- Xander-centric gen
- slash Xander ships
- Faith-centric gen
- Oz-centric fic (any sort)
- Good crossovers

All the fics I have bookmarked are so... early 2000s. Buffy fandom is huge, there has to be good fic somewhere, right?
