I was thinking the exact same thing re: the eyeliner. I wish I was better at this whole fashion and make-up thing in general, but there are so many pretty looks you can make just with how you apply eyeliner that it's one of the skills I'd like to have most.

:( Yea. I can do basics (foundation, powder, blush, eye-shadow, mascara, lipstick) but eyeliner escapes me. I try every once in a while and if I'm careful it isn't a total disaster, but it also isn't impressive like some people can make it.

A good eyeliner can transform your eyes quite drastically.
