Steroid use isn't all that healthy either. And most actors use them to get those comic book physiques.

It isn't like a gossip item. It is just one of those things. They use steroids to get buff (especially ones that yo yo in weight and musculature).

Other things they do is film shirtless or sexy gaze scenes after doing like 10 minutes of heavy cardio (pushups/pullups). That makes their muscles pop and is the best their muscles will look).

I heard Mickey Rourke did this for his part in The Wrestler.

Rourke was messed up from drug use long before that. The Wrestler was more like a happy by-product.

Well yeah, but he wasn't necessarily on steroids. He was on drugs that get you high.
