I've had a headache pretty much the whole day. Not much to say about it,it just sucks.

Yuck. I'm sorry. Me too. Headaches are the worst. I find heat helps some. I either put a heating pad on it or take a hot shower. Benadryl will usually help for me, though I'm too tired right now to take it.

Yeah well it's gotten really cold here the last two days so that doesn't help. I'l take m warm water bottle to bed I think. Pain medication has very limited effect on me, sadly.

It depends on what kind of headache. Right now, my issue is a sinus infection, so benadryl is more helpful than pain meds. But I can't take it.

I hope you feel better soon and can get some sleep. Water bottles are nice.

My headaches are almost exclusively around my forehead and temples, unless they're migraines.

But eh, I'm sort of used to it. Thank you :)
