Try older comics, from the 60s, 70s, and early-to-mid 80s! They tend to have less ridiculous anatomy than what you'll find in anything post-Liefeld.

For more Luke Cage goodness, you should definitely check out the original Power Man & Iron Fist series. It's super cheesy, but also super fun. (Also, the Luke/Danny bromance is awesome and lends itself well to slash, if that's your thing.)

SECONDED Power Man and Iron Fist is AMAZING. Also it warms the cockles of my heart that the white guy kung fu character had to be rescued from his own failing comic by ramming him into a good-natured blaxploitation comic. You'd think it'd be the other way around, but Luke is immensely liable solo or in a team, whereas Danny needs other people to bounce off.
