Is there a term for fic that just burst with UST for a while before it eventually does resolve?

I LOVE that. I read tons of it in SGA - usually where McKay and Sheppard started a sexual relationship and just twisted themselves in knots about not BEING TOGETHER. It's hands down my favorite.
