I don't know if I'm in the minority or not, but I didn't really care much for the Vorkosigan books that featured Cordelia as a main character. Why not start with The Warrior's Apprentice?

It's a fair view. Miles is the main character so it makes sense to start with his 'first' book. I think Cordelia's books are better for getting to know her through Miles first.

I'm the opposite. Barrayar was absolutely my favorite book in the whole series and while I like Miles and the other books, something about Cordelia really stood out for me.
