Community: Troy/Abed, mostly, but I'll also read Abed/Annie or Troy/Annie or Troy/Britta (would write them, too, if and when I ever get around to actually writing something in that fandom).
Criminal Minds: Morgan/Reid. And I'm also rather liking the idea of Rossi/Tara of late, and I've read a couple Prentiss/Jordan Todd things that I liked (as well as a really cute Reid/Todd one-shot).
How to Get Away with Murder: Annalise/Eve, Connor/Oliver.
Sleepy Hollow: Ichabod/Abbie, Jenny/Joe. If we're going the slash route, Ichabod/Irving has some appeal for me (don't know if any stories exist for them, but I would read them if and when I find them).

Derek/Spencer from Criminal Minds (most of the fic suuuuuucks though. I've given up on the fandom...well, and the show at this point)

I shipped Sam/Jake from Supernatural together for like ten minutes before Jake severed Sam's spinal cord. I mean, I guess I probably shipped it even after that, but the murder-thing put a damper on it. I also kind of like Sam/Gordon but in a hatesex way rather than a truly shippy way

Luke/Jessica Jones is probably the biggest het interracial pairing that I ship (tv show+comics)...and one of the few het pairings in general tbh. I also really like Jessica/Luke/Danny in the comics. They have a cute dynamic
