Is there any such thing as a character who is super-pervy and gross, but still likable?

Bonus, pervy and gross, and likable, and NOT a bad guy who the audience doesn't expect to act morally in the first place?

(I think the fact that he never gets slightly mad or defensive when people yell at him or beat him up for perving, and would never actually do anything seriously harmful or exploitative and has been explicitly shown rejecting the option of doing so, is what keeps the "likable" part in place.)

Captain JAck HArkness kinda? I roll my eyes at most "YAY SEX ALL THE TIME SEX HAVE I MENTIONED LATELY HOW I LOVE THE SEX?" characters but it was kinda endearing how undiscriminating he was. You alive? Captain JAck think you hot and wanna bone you.

Will also like add Captain Jack SPARROW, also hot, didn't seem to care who or what, was willing to go for it (as far as Disney would allow, lbr, he was always about it.cthe DVD extras mentioned his little unhealing wound on his jaw had to do with syphilis? Or something of that nature. Also, some of his effects were "prizes" from his conquests, i.e. the Spanish lace) And had a heart of gold ;)

I won't mention his name but there's another fictional character I totally lust after and a friend of mine was all, "well, he wouldn't be into you but Jack Harkness would" and I go, "that's not exactly a compliment, he'll screw anybody!"

Wrong. If a character is liked by many who don't twist their personality or gloss over their flaws, they are likable, whether or not YOU personally like them.

See, I think "pervert" is too strong a word for a character who is simply promiscuous or has a high sex drive or talks about sex a lot, even if some of their behaviors are mildly inappropriate. To me, the word "pervert" implies some truly twisted, abnormal, and harmful behaviors, like violence, pedophilia, or bestiality.

The word *perversion* literally means "something that diverts from its proper path."
In the context of fiction, having a higher-than-average sex drive and being rather obnoxiously open about it doesn't make someone a pervert, IMO. It just makes them sort of comically horny.

Who was that guy from Fruits Basket? I only saw the anime, but I think he's the older one who turns into a dog. He goes on about high school girls every now and again, which is objectively creepy, but also is ridiculously likable.
