You're definitely not alone. d('.'b ) I don't get a lot of the raving "RAAAWR KANDA HAET" stuff, because when you look past the bitchy loner stuff, he does have a lot of characteristics that make him far from stereotypical, IMO.

oh yay /o/ yeah, agreed. from the beginning I actually thought he stood out, which was why I liked him. Then I found F!S and people saying he was flat and cliche, which got a lot of "buh?" out of me. I mean, he can be a loner - but he's not the typical stoic kind you usually see, you know? what with his bouts of RAEG. And the way he interacts with Allen also sets him apart, imo. so .. yes. ♥
