Well that's just rude as fuck. I've received a few fills before that I wasn't entirely happy with, but even in those cases I would always leave a comment thanking the writer, and I would find something to compliment. (Something that I did think deserved to be noted.)

If someone is going to write you fic, they at least deserve a simple "Thank you". (That shit takes time and effort, and that time and effort should be appreciated.)
