Ack, my mom watches her, and I can't stand it. The "cowboy" theme is so obnoxious and forced (I think she has a quota of how often she's supposed to say "on the ranch", and number of shots to various cows and horses, bleh) and her acting is the worst. That voice just grates on me.

Well she's not an actress, so why would you judge her on that?

She... kinda is, though? When she's by herself, she doesn't cook while explaining every action and mugging for an empty kitchen. When you're a TV personality, you're basically playing a more marketable version of yourself.
