Re: Does anyone NOT have bad periods/PMS?

I think any negativity I experience I could avoid if I was better about eating a little more sensibly and exercising more. When I exercise consistently and sleep well a few days before PMS kicks in, I have almost no symptoms.

Even at its worst for me, it only messes with me for the first two days. Some Pamprin or Midol is all I need to stop the symptoms though. The worst for me is irritability a week beforehand, and exercise helps with that too.

Yeah, I'm learning this now that I've finally committed myself to getting healthy. My periods used to be unbearable, but I'm noticing that they're much, much more tolerable now that I work out a bit most mornings and eat healthier foods. That alone is enough motivation for me to keep it up, honestly.
