It's a mix for me. At first I cannot take a shit AT ALL despite feeling like I need to all the time and it's painful as hell because sitting on the toilet does not agree with my cramps. Fucking cramps. Then after a day or two (depending how bad the cramps are) I manage to get the first, painful as fuck shit done and then it's diarrhea for the rest of my period.

Fucking periods.
