I usually don't go for muscular types, either, but I'm guessing a couple reasons are because some women might like the strength and security they feel being in their arms, or it shows that since they work out, that means they take care of their bodies as a whole, and that can be attractive, too.

At least, that'd probably be what I would find appealing.
