It is kind of slow in the beginning but about halfway through it really picks up. Plus it's the only show I've ever, EVER seen that dealt with rape realistically.

One thing I appreciated about the show is how Jessica came out and called him on his rape, instead of his powers being a metaphor for it or what I've seen other fantasy stories pull before.
