Re: Elder Scrolls: Oblivion

Oh man, I'm so bad at completing Bethesda games. SO FUCKING BAD. It takes me at least a year, and often way longer than that.

I never completed Oblivion. Enjoyed it and all that, but there's so much to do that I get overwhelmed and while I want to compulsively complete every quest I come across, doing so feels almost impossible; I grow bored of trying, get distracted by something else and then not come back for six to eight months. (And am a bit confused when I pick up the game where I left off.)

I've done the same thing with Skyrim; I only have two playthroughs but I've probably racked up about 400 hours in those now (and I haven't even made it mid-game, as far as story goes).

I'm not good with magic in Elder Scrolls games. It's awesome and I would like to specialize in it, but my first instinct is to hack and slash. I really enjoy sword and shield, and at least in Skyrim I LOVED archery.

You can do a bit of everything though, can't you?
