He is striking in a good way as Sherlock. Other parts he's done like that awful guy with the white hair and the character with the odd name in Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, are striking in a less good way. Say what you will, but the man is not afraid to play chameleon for his art.

Really? Huh, I thought he looked really good in that film. (The clothes, the hair...it worked for me.)

Not that I remember much about the part itself (I didn't care for the film much, and was only half paying attention the one time I watched it), but I definitely thought he looked nice.

I agree about Sherlock, though; he rocks that hair and coat.
