Looking for an MCU - Avengers fic

It's a different take on A/B/O. Groups who work together settle status by fighting each other all at once; first one out of the ring is omega, last one standing is alpha. In this case, Clint is accidentally eliminated first and has to deal with his very first experience as omega.

I'm pretty sure it's on Ao3, but nothing I search for brings it up.

Edit. Huh. I can't find it. The one where Clint has always been a beta and Natasha apologises for not siding with him first cause she figured he'd last longer or something? Then a bit about him adjusting to his new social role?

Yeah, the fight was all planned out, even to how long Natasha would stay before giving up to Steve.

Pity if it's gone for good. I like to use it as an example of thoughtful omegaverse.
