I ship Jean/Scott pretty hard in X-Men Evolution, but I don't in the comics(or the movies) really because Scott is kind of a tool and Jean would get shafted so hard from being used as a thing for him and Logan to fight over, and I liked Jean best so it got old fast.

I didn't really ship Thorin/Bilbo in the books, but I dig it so hard in the movies.

Same with Steve/Bucky, I like their relationship in the comics I just don't ship it but to be frank I really don't ship 616 Steve with anyone. Whereas I am all over S/B in the movies.
