That's not a great way to phrase it but it's true that the idea that fat=unhealthy and thin=healthy leads to a lot of thin people not getting the treatment they need.

Personally I'm more bothered by people phrasing it as their thin privilege backfiring when they have serious medical issues ignored. It's true that they've avoided the problem of people assuming they're unhealthy when they're not, but that doesn't mean that the opposite is a privilege when it's putting them in danger.
