They're upset he's so used to them because Italy is full of muggers i guess

Hahaha I guess that makes sense. But tourist places ARE full of muggers. There was even a strip (in the manga published, I think) where Italy got his camera stolen in Turkey.

I can even attest to having my wallet stolen in my country, when I was in one of said tourist places.
