Actually, to get an idea of what a REALLY bad fanfic site is, perhaps check out AdultFanfiction.net?

As an AUTHOR it's painfully clunky to navigate.
Little to no search ability

(There is also MediaMiner, but I don't know how many people stil use that.)

Users don't fare any better, tbh.

When I first visited the site, I almost couldn't believe I was in the right place.
