I'm really only bothered if they use swear words that don't fit the character.

Playing Fallout 3 and NV a bunch, lately (since I can't run 4), an the use of 'poon' by Colin Moriarty and Corporal Betsy in those bothered me. It just didn't work for either of them. There's a few other characters, where the sheer amount of swearing had me rolling my eyes, but none of them made me cringe like Moriarty or Betsy.
