I'm sorry but I think Steve Rogers would absolutely swear on occasion. The "language" joke in AoU felt terribly wrong.

... I still haven't seen AoU (we decided to see Mad Max in theatres instead after the initial bad reviews and I have yet to see anything that makes me think this wasn't a far superior decision) but Steve Rogers was in the military. Specifically, he was with ground troops. There is no fucking way that swearing would bother him, or that he'd be the sort to never, ever swear. Not that everyone in the military swears as punctuation but, look, there's situations where even my mother, who dislikes typical swearing and considers it less than creative, will let out a "fuck". I can't imagine Steve Rogers being any different.
