Ooooooh

Feast of Fiction. There's the recipes and the food of course, but I love Ashley and Jimmy. They always seem to be having fun and it's really infectious.

For knowledge-related stuff, any of Brady Haran's channels (numberphile, computerphile, etc). It's more dry and serious, but they're very informative.

There's also TED-Ed, which are animated mini-lessons on a variety of topics. The narrator has a very soothing voice.

Oh, Wong Fu Productions. I like they're stuff.

smalin and gerubach for scrolling scores of classical music.

Moon Hooch and Goose House because their music is awesome and you should totally give them a try.
