Batwoman is my favourite fictional lesbian.

Holly Robinson (from the Catwoman comics) is my second favourite.

Frau Farbissina comes in third place because Mindy Sterling.

Oh, and Revolutionary Girl Utena is the best lesbian show there is. Can't go wrong with buttloads of emotional complexity and character development on a backdrop of dramatic swordfights and more gaaaaaaaaaaaaay than you can shake a stick at. (Juri is sooooooo dreamy omg. ~sigh~)

Only Shulamit is a lesbian but she and Aviva from the Mangoverse are my biggest OTP ever. They are adorable.

I have a whole bunch of femslash ships, but usually don't care for things with canon lesbians, and not because there's not enough sex. There's almost always waaaaayyyy too much angst or melodrama for me to want to keep watching.

I completely loved the episode 6 of Banana with the woman who had anxiety issues going on her date. That whole series was good (for those who aren't aware it's a short series of half hour stories about various LGBT people/relationships produced by Russell T Davies) but that episode just made me happy.
