Batwoman is my favourite fictional lesbian.

Holly Robinson (from the Catwoman comics) is my second favourite.

Frau Farbissina comes in third place because Mindy Sterling.

Oh, and Revolutionary Girl Utena is the best lesbian show there is. Can't go wrong with buttloads of emotional complexity and character development on a backdrop of dramatic swordfights and more gaaaaaaaaaaaaay than you can shake a stick at. (Juri is sooooooo dreamy omg. ~sigh~)
