I hate how fandom only approves of female outfits if they're carbon copy of men's. It reeks of "I'm not like those other skanky sluts, look at me!" kind of thinking.

Pretty sure fandom approves of slutty and impractical outfits as long as the men get equally hit by them? In fact I remember an outcry over Square Enix putting some Final Fantasy main male char in more clothes.
