I think of this type of genderswap as "swapping the character's relationship to their gender." They start in a situation where their gender matches their body, and swap to a situation where it doesn't. Or vice versa, when it's a trans character being genderswapped in the first place.

It's not a perfect fit, but hey, "genderswap" is an umbrella term with a bunch of subcategories. There's not gonna be any term that perfectly describes all of them.
