(Anonymous) 2015-12-19 09:43 pm (UTC)(link)Slightly OT, I can't stop calling it genderswap in my head, even though I know sexswap would be much more accurate. Actual genderswap might be interesting: the character's body stays the same, but they no longer feel the same about it or about how people interact with it. It would probably be thornier to write well, though.

It's not a perfect fit, but hey, "genderswap" is an umbrella term with a bunch of subcategories. There's not gonna be any term that perfectly describes all of them.
