Keratosis pilaris. It's a pretty common genetic condition where your body produces too much keratin, leading to little rough, red bumps or ingrown hairs. I'm truly glad my guy isn't self-conscious about it, since some people are...but since his ingrown hairs like to get infected, I just wish he'd let me slather on the moisturizer and help them stop before they start!
