The studio that did Rugrats and The Wild Thornberrys. Even though I liked the shows I thought they were ugly af.

YES. Goodness they were rough to look at. That and many of the animated shows of that time. Especially Ed, Edd, and Eddy. God that show hurt my eyes. And my brain. And Amanda Anaconda, or whatever that show's name was.

I really liked Recess and Hey! Arnold's style. It was comforting. And Courage. It was weird, but I enjoyed it.

Ugh, The Wild Thornberrys. A show about animals where the animal art is so terrible that they can make a whole episode about no one realizing that a "reindeer" is actually a racehorse wearing fake antlers until someone notices that it doesn't have split hooves.
