I feel your problem, OP. (coming from an Eastern European ountry and all) Probably the only console I can afford from the current gen is Nintendo 3DS/WiiU. They're not big, but I can buy brand new games for 30-40$ so it's a big win for me.
(I was shocked when I saw 80$ pricetag on a Ps4 game. It's not a price I want to pay for a pretty 12 hour long adventure...)
