Pirates. Some of the other kids had a play fort and we would throw 'cannonballs' (gum balls) at the trees who were attacking us. My name was Jack (at the tender age of seven I didn't realize how piratey that was. Rock on, mini-me) and I had the best growl. Couldn't lob a cannonball for spit, but my growls were always good.
