Define "fully"?

I mean, I think obviously it will change your experience and perception if you spent years being raised/socialized/treated as the gender you were perceived as.

But, de facto I will treat a transitioned trans woman as a regular woman, and a trans man as a regular man.

In terms of relationships, I would worry about sexual compatibility.

Outside of relationship, it's not something I spend a huge amount of time fretting about. Like, it's not my hobby to gt into the details of other people's personal lives so much.

I mean if you introduce yourself to me as Mary, you're Mary, even if you were John the first 22 years of your life.
